Who do you work with?
We work with Ugandans living abroad—in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, UAE, Asia and beyond—who are funding or managing construction projects in Uganda. Our services are designed specifically to support remote clients needing trusted supply and delivery.
Do you offer full construction services?
No. E&M Construction Supplies is a material supply company, not a contractor or construction firm. We supply construction materials and offer support services like quotations, delivery, and tradesmen referrals—but your builder manages the actual construction.
How does your delivery process work?
Once payment is confirmed, we schedule delivery from our nearest depot (Kampala, Entebbe, Wakiso, Mukono, Jinja, Masaka or Mbarara). All deliveries include photo proof, signed documentation, and real-time updates via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Can I order from abroad and have materials delivered to my builder in Uganda?
Yes. This is exactly what we’re built for. You can order from anywhere in the world and have materials delivered directly to your project site or trusted local contact in Uganda.
How do I pay for materials?
You can pay via bank transfer or mobile money, depending on your location. We provide secure payment details with every quote and issue official receipts upon confirmation. We also offer interest-free contribution plans for phased or staged orders.
Do you offer project quotations?
Yes. We provide detailed, project-specific quotations based on your material list or build requirements. We can also work directly with your builder to ensure accuracy. Quotes are provided with full pricing and no hidden fees.
What is your interest-free funding option?
Our Build-As-You-Go model allows you to spread the cost of your material order over time with no interest or hidden charges. You make weekly or monthly payments, and once the agreed amount is complete, we arrange full delivery.
Can you help me find qualified tradesmen?
Yes. We maintain a vetted referral network of skilled tradespeople across Uganda—masons, electricians, roofers, tilers, painters, and more. You contract them directly; we simply help you find trustworthy options.
What if I need to change a delivery date or order?
No problem. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Our team is responsive and understands that remote project management requires flexibility.
